I was born in Brisbane Australia, my step-dad was in the army which caused us to move around a lot. We finally settled in country Victoria, Australia. I am the youngest of four children and I can say that I was spoilt a bit. I drove my mum crazy when I refused to eat meat at a young age.

Now I live with my husband and two children, and I find myself regretting all the troubles I put my parents through because my monsters are just as picky as I was.

I started writing in 2013 and self-published the first of the Hawks MC Club series Holding Out. The next to follow was something different, I wrote Senseless Attraction, a YA novel. Soon, I was back to the Hawks series with number two Climbing Out. I have more to write in the series, but there will be also be more novels in the humorous erotica genre, like Left to Chance.

We're lucky enough to have organised a wonderful interview with the main character of Alicia. Enjoy getting to know Alicia a little better.

We were wondering if you could tell us a little about yourself, please?

I am Alicia Lowe. Born in Marrakech, but raised most of my life in London. My grandfather was closely related to Morrocan royalty. I studied fashion and business at university and turned it into a growing business where I plan events for designers. I occasionally work as a stylist.

You seem to go on quite a journey in 'Alicia'. Is there anything you learned about yourself on the way?

I do not rusticate.

I've also learned that sometimes you have to lean on others for help.

If you could change any events from your past, would you and why?

I would change nothing, aside from perhaps, my mother getting ill. It breaks my heart to see her sick.

What are you looking forward to the most in the near future?

There are a number of things that I'm looking forward to in the future. Most of which I can't share for fear of spoiling future books, suffice to say that I hope to have several happy events taking place in my life in the next year.

Do you have any words of wisdom for readers who are interested in reading your story?

Don't drink while reading. We are fond of having a good laugh.
