This is the third book in this amazing series about some great college friends. In this book we get to know more about the third main man in the series, Cam Ruiz.
Cam is a man that hides who he really is from most people. He was in the military to earn money to go to college. Cam is from a small town where his mom still lives, and she is the only family that he has. Cam has been helping to take care of his mom since she was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, causing her extreme pain and inability to work.
Tate is the young woman that Cam was in a relationship with through high school. Then one night, something happened and she broke his heart and destroyed him. Tate, however, is hiding a secret that would change everything every one thinks about what happened. She is raising her younger brother and taking care of her ailing father all while working as a waitress in a small diner in their hometown.
When these two people meet up again, will they be able to move past their heartbreaks, admit to what happened and figure out a way to go forward.
