From author Golden Czermak, comes the second installment of the enthralling Journeyman Series.
With no answers and a weapon of mass destruction slung around his neck, Gage Crosse is left with little choice but to travel with Joey Mosely to New York, seeking aid from the Order Council itself. Little do they know that they are about to embark on what may be the greatest adventure of their lives: to find the mysterious Seal of Solomon.
Meanwhile, the fragile threads holding the demon army and its monstrous allies together are unraveling. Keli must act quickly to maintain her position as ruler, else have all their efforts fall into the flames of ruin.
Can the Journeymen keep the Seal of Solomon out of demon hands, or will the Noctis succeed in wrenching all three artifacts from their control?
Holy book hangover from this book. This picks up after where Homeward bound finished. It keeps going 100 mph from the start and never really let up on the speed of the story. Golden did an amazing job in getting his readers sucked in and hooked on Gage & Joey, not to mention Ady, Diajal, Nathan, Gabriel, Marcus & Ty to name a few. They all will come out more in future books I assume & hope.
Gage finally gets home to Texas, however it isn't all happiness and sunshine for him. He is tortured by the loss of Ady while fighting the Noctis the entire trip home. Gage barely makes it home in one piece and now has to figure out the puzzle of what his father left behind for him.
Joey was waiting for them to come home and sadly, only Gage makes it back. That almost destroys him as Ady is the closest thing to a sister that he has. They have been through so much together and now he has to fight the battle without her around. On top of the pain and sorrow, now he has to try and figure out what in the world is with all the things in these boxes Gage brought back.
These two men end up going to New York to try and get answers as well as find out what is going on with the Council not calling for the Assembly to fight the Noctis. Little do they know, they are going to meet people that will help them change everything. Little things are not adding up, and there seem to be things being kept from them. All of a sudden, everything seems to change and get turned on its head.
The Noctis is fighting hard to get the items back that Gage has so that they can get closer to taking over. However, Kelli (the leader) doesn't have things put together as well as she thinks. Some of those in their ranks are pushing back and not agreeing with her decisions.
The book had me on pins and needles from the start. I was trying to figure out what was going to happen next, and where things were going. Needless to say, I was wrong. The guys (and those working with them) are full of fire to stop the Noctis and at the same time, help Gage & Joey.
Seriously, this book was so good I honestly stayed up not wanting to sleep because I needed to know what was going to happen. I was so seriously sucked in that I was positive that there was more pages to read. Turned out there weren't and I was dropped into a massive book hangover as a result. I was desperate to find out what was going to happen next. How could he do that to me??? How could he leave it like that??
I am not sure who I am cheering for more right now .... Gage (who is seriously amazing and has a strength that isn't seen in most), Joey (OMG he is deliciously hot, sassy, and yet so very intelligent and creative in the things he creates to keep those he cares about safe) or Diajal (a seriously evil demon that is determined to take over and rule the world). How can you possibly choose between these three?? Grab this amazing book that had me on the edge of my seat from the beginning to the end.

Having been in the industry for at least four years, he has interfaced and networked with countless authors and other clients. As part of his work as a photographer, he worked with them to create book cover images - now numbering well over 250 at the beginning of 2016.
Learning the ins and out of the book world, along with being an avid reader and storyteller himself, Golden finally decided to write and publish his first book, Homeward Bound, in 2016. This paranormal adventure romance will span a total of six books and new ideas for other stories are in the works as well.
